All rates are for a 7 night stay and will be prorated for the number of nights you wish to stay. Rates include 7% Government Tax and 12% administration fee.

Reservations: To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required and must be received within 14 days. American Express, MasterCard and Visa accepted. May we suggest alternate payment by International Money Order or Certified Cheque be sent to us via Federal Express, as mail service to the BVI can take up to one month. The full balance would be due 60 days prior to arrival. A 4% service charge is levied for balances being paid by credit card.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations occurring:
61 days or more prior to date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee
46-60 days prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee
45 days or less prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee

Additional Notes Regarding Cancellations: All Cancellations must be received in writing.

In the event of your cancellation, and if we were able to re-book your EXACT rental dates, a cancellation fee of 20% is still charged. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures. Alternately we would be happy to credit you for a future booking taken within one year.

Our ability to re-book cancelled dates will be influenced by the amount of notice we receive, the time of year and the demand from other vacationers. You may wish to obtain trip cancellation insurance, available through your travel professional.

Damage Deposits: A credit card imprint is required at check-in as Damage Deposit.

Cleaning: Your accommodation is cleaned before your arrival and again following your departure. On each day during your stay, except Sundays and BVI Public Holidays, the maid will arrive to provide you limited cleaning. The bed sheets are changed 2-3 times per week, and the towels are usually changed daily. To help conserve water and protect the environment from detergent pollution, we ask guests to re-use towels a second day whenever possible.

Laundry Facilities: There are no personal laundry facilities available in Coconut Grove. Public laundromats are located at the Leverick Bay Resort.

Additional Charges: Additional Baby cribs - $10/night. (Babies in cribs are not counted in the person rates for villas).
Baby High chairs - $10/day Additional persons/children sleeping in villa on additional cots - $50/night.
